Smash'n'grab thieves hit Roger Vivier's Sloane Street store in the early morning, looting exclusive designer handbags, hours before they were to feature as the centrepiece of a new product launch. The bags were said to retail at oround £8,000 each Scotland Yard said today two suspected raiders had been arrested after a high-speed chase across London. The two men were being questioned at a west London police station after crashing their motorcycle in the city-centre chase. A spokeswoman for the store said: "They would be very obvious because there are no others in existence. It would have been very difficult to sell them without attracting attention."
