We never see your credit or debit card details, instead our payment service providers process your payment and do their own security checks before telling us if your payment has been accepted.
If you phone us to place an order, only your name and address is written down. All your card details are put straight into our card processing system and cleared while you are on the phone. Non of your card details are stored by us.
It is important that we have your correct email address so that we can inform you when your order has been dispatched or a refund completed.
We never pass on your email details to 3rd parties and will only ever contact you regarding an order that you have placed with us. We do not pester our customer with emails as we know how annoying this can be.
