Can I return the item if it is the wrong colour?
Yes, you may return your purchase and do not need to give a reason. We do realise that you may be trying to colour match and this is very difficult on a computer screen. Earrings and sets containing earrings are not returnable.
Please return your unsuitable items together with the invoice,
within 14 days of the invoice date
for a refund. The return address is on the invoice and also on our contact page.
The customer pays the post office for return postage and we refund the full purchase price of the returned items.
We do not refund any special delivery postage costs that you may have selected at checkout.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items when you are returning them to us. It is advisable to send returns by recorded delivery or to ask the post office for a proof of postage receipt.Please note, items returned to us in an unacceptable condition, used, smelling of perfume or cigarette smoke, will not be refunded.
A credit note will be issued for ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 14 DAYS.
Items returned to us after 1 month, will be returned to the customer after we receive payment for the second set of postage costs.
We try to REFUND the same day we receive a returned bag, you will get an automatic email confirming your refund from either PayPal or SagePay, the payment provider used to process your payment.
If you have a problem with our items or service, please email, and we will do our best to sort it out for you.
If you wish to exchange any item, please order and pay for the new item you require and return the item you do not want. We will refund as soon as it arrives and we have checked that it meets our terms and conditions.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please email immediately on receipt and return to us within 7 days. PLEASE NOTE we will not refund or exchange any faulty items after 7 days.
