Returns
Can I return the item if it is the wrong colour?Yes, you may return your purchase and do not need to give a reason. We do realise that you may be trying to colour match and this is very difficult on a computer screen.
Please note, items returned to us in an unacceptable condition, used, smelling of perfume or cigarette smoke, will not be refunded.
Please remember to include the original invoice with your items. It would also help us if you would email and let us know to expect your package.
Please return the item within 14 days of invoice date for a refund. Note that if you order 3 or more bags to colour match and return all the bags for refund, *we reserve the right to deduct our costs for insured postage.
A credit note will be issued for ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 14 DAYS.
You pay the return postage and we will refund the purchase price*. We do not refund any special delivery postage costs.
We try to REFUND the same day we receive a returned bag, you will get an automatic email confirming your refund from either PayPal or SagePay, the payment provider used to process your payment.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items when you are returning them to us. It is advisable to send returns by recorded delivery.
If you have a problem with our items or service, please email, and we will do our best to sort it out for you.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange any item, please order and pay for the new item you require and return the item you do not want. We will refund as soon as it arrives and we have checked that it meets our terms and conditions.
Damaged items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please email immediately on receipt and return to us within 7 days. PLEASE NOTE we will not refund or exchange any faulty items after 7 days.
