Can I return the item if it is the wrong colour?Yes, you may return your purchase and do not need to give a reason. We do realise that you may be trying to colour match and this is very difficult on a computer screen.
Please note, items returned to us in an unacceptable condition, used, smelling of perfume or cigarette smoke, will not be refunded.
Please remember to include the original invoice with your items. It would also help us if you would email and let us know to expect your package.
Please return the item within 14 days of ordering. You pay the return postage and we will refund the purchase price. We do not refund any special delivery postage costs.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for lost items when you are returning them to us. It is advisable to send returns by recorded delivery.
