How long does delivery take?


Most UK deliveries arrive within 48 hours of you placing your order. We aim to post each day, Monday to Friday, all items ordered before 3.00pm. We obtain proof of posting for each item and Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until 15 days after posting. 

Are my credit card details safe?


Yes.  Our payment service provider, PayPal, provides the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet. You do not need to open a PayPal account. Click here to read our safety statement. 

Do you use a drop-shipper?

No we do not use a drop-shipper. All items listed should be in stock, but we are not perfect and very occasionally we can make make a mistake in stock numbers.

Can I have an item delivered to my work address as there is no one at home?

Yes we can do that for you, there is a box to put in your delivery address and your invoice address at checkout.
